Columbia Anesthesia Group (CAG) is a professional services corporation formed in 1991. Located in Vancouver, Washington, CAG is comprised of Anesthesiologists who provide anesthesia care for patients at Southwestern Washington Medical Center and several privately owned outpatient surgery centers in the Vancouver area. CAG provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, obstetrical and pain management. Columbia Anesthesia's goal from inception has been to provide quality anesthesia care for the people of Southwest Washington and Portland and to strive for the continued improvement of anesthesia care in our community.
